Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 77f7 (hereinafter referred to as "77f7", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 77f7.cam.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the 77f7 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 77f7 platform.

To register and maintain an active account on 77f7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence or by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporations, trusts and other legal entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of an employee of 77f7 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or game studios.
• You must not have had a prior account on 77f7 that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the 77f7 platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All funds deposited into your 77f7 account must originate from a payment source legally registered in your own name. 77f7 does not accept deposits from third parties. Users must not use funds derived from unlawful activity for any deposit.

For informational context, Pakistani users are familiar with payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 77f7 makes no representation that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to operator compliance processes and may change without notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the deposits page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• 77f7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may extend standard processing times.
• 77f7 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All bets and wagers placed on 77f7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. By placing a wager, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms. General rules applicable to all wagering activity include the following:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by our system and a bet receipt is displayed. Bets accepted in error — for example due to a manifest technical fault or clearly incorrect odds — may be voided by 77f7 at its discretion.
• Odds: All sports betting odds are expressed in decimal format by default and are subject to change until the moment of bet placement. 77f7 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets — including Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — are available during live events. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to protect market integrity.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within the period specified in the applicable sport rules. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• Casino games: All casino and slot games are provided by third-party studios. RTP figures are independently audited. Results generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) are final and cannot be reversed.
• Maximum winnings: 77f7 applies maximum single-event and per-day winning limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and within the account terms section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77f7 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Opening more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Such gains will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players in live-dealer casino games or in any form of sports manipulation or match-fixing activity.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or any form of money laundering.
• Attempting to place bets on behalf of a third party, including accepting wagers as an informal bookmaker or agent.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy or any other circumvention technology.

We provide a full suite of responsible gambling tools that any registered User may activate at any time from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

No part of the 77f7 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, modified, adapted, reverse-engineered, scraped or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 77f7. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77f7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, internet connectivity failures or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Any reliance by a User on information, odds or content displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Gambling losses incurred during use of the platform, including losses attributable to problem gambling where the User had not activated available responsible gambling tools.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 77f7's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the User's account at any time. Users may close their account voluntarily by submitting a written closure request to the 77f7 support team. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User after standard KYC and security checks have been completed.

77f7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, any fraudulent or illegal activity, any match-fixing or collusion activity, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform. In cases of proven breach, 77f7 may withhold and forfeit any balance in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77f7 holds its operating license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

Users who access the 77f7 platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any successor legislation. 77f7 provides no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in Pakistan.

77f7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 77f7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users by email, in-platform notification or prominent website announcement before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 77f7 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 (Termination).
